Information Provided By Event Organizers Consignment event organizers using MySaleManager.NET may collect and store information regarding consignors, workers, volunteers, shoppers, and other participants. Such information is maintained solely for the purpose of operating the organizer's consignment event and providing related services. Third-Party Service Providers: We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties. Information may be shared with trusted service providers who assist us in operating MySaleManager.NET, including payment processors, hosting providers and communication service providers, solely for purposes necessary to provide our services. Your IP address, cookies and other info: We collect IP addresses and related technical information for security, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and service administration purposes. Cookies and similar technologies are used to maintain user sessions, remember preferences, provide security features, and improve website functionality. Security Practices We employ reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These safeguards include encrypted communications using HTTPS/TLS, access controls, and regular system maintenance. Payment Processing MySaleManager.NET utilizes payment services from PayPal and Square to process transactions. Payment card information, including credit card numbers and CVV codes, is transmitted directly to Square and/or PayPal and is not stored on MySaleManager.NET servers. MySaleManager.NET does not store full payment card numbers, CVV codes, or other sensitive cardholder data. Payment processing is subject to Square and PayPal's privacy and security practices. Square Account Connections When a user chooses to connect their Square account to MySaleManager.NET, we may receive information authorized by the user through Square's OAuth authorization process. This information may include merchant profile information, business location information, and other information necessary to process payments and application fees through Square as authorized throgh Square permissions granted by the user. MySaleManager.NET's E-mail Services: As a client of MSM, we maintain strict privacy for all your data. Hence, if you upload or create an email list stored on one of our servers, and decide to purge or delete information from those lists, we do not keep that information on our servers, it is immediately and permanently removed. Any non-transactional e-mail sent from any MSM client via MSM e-mail services includes automatic unsubscribe functionality. Simply clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email will remove you from the mailing list for the MSM client who sent you the e-mail message. Anti-Spam Policy: At MySaleManager.NET, we oppose spam in all forms. We hold the privacy of all our users in the highest regard, as well as recipients of emails sent by our clients. Neither we nor our clients ever knowingly engage in sending SPAM emails. All e-mails sent from the MSM e-mail servers are only sent to recipients who have registered with one of our client consignment events and have indicated their desire to receive e-mail notifications from them. All non-transactional e-mails sent from MSM e-mail servers include unsubscribe functionality to allow respondents to easily and promptly be unsubscribed from any future mailings from an MSM client.
